Team NZ - Update
Emirates Team New Zealand emerged with victory and while the Luis Vuitton Cup is but a year away there's still a busy schedule to abide to. Whilst the win of the ACT12 regatta is still fresh in their minds they have no doubt that it's made them a stronger team but also realise that this is only another stepping stone in their journey to the eventual America's Cup.
With still much work to do, TNZ are continuous in their ardual approach to design, team building, testing and strengthening both their team, boats and equipment. The confidence in their systems and trust within the strength of TNZ, I can already see them already as a formidable foe.
TNZ Skipper Dean Barker's starts were both agressive and his tactics and communication with Afterguard/tactician Terry Hutchinson, strategist Ray Davies, and navigators Kevin Hall and Adam Beashel were bang on key showing very effective results.
