Are we looking at a property slump?

Indications by the average person who keeps an ear out will most likely say so but looking closer to the matter if we are looking at a possible slump it hasn't quite hit us yet so now would be an ideal time to start to study the national realty market. Given that if you cover yourself and do the adequate research and apply the results you can always find a deal even at the hardest of times, however with the impending slump that's only at this point an estimated ticking time bomb it will be a hunters market where it's flee or flight.
