It doesn't seem too long ago now that I was writing to congratulate Michael Campbell for taking the win at the US Open. And now to come here again to welcome yet another amazing win at the HSBC world matchplay taking the win over Paul McGinley 2&1 taking a tidy sum of $1million pounds.

His name now joins another great New Zealand golfer, Sir Bob Charles, who's name now appears on the cup. His name appears above Ernie Else (The big easy) who's won it for the past three years straight but was unfortunately out of play due to an injury.

Now after watching the rull replay on sky sport I'm more than eager to hit the golf course... after some drills on the range to sort out my short game.
